Enrollment Request Form - August 30, 2025

The annual Parent Information Session was held on Sunday, August 24th in the HSNC Main Hall. During the session, we shared detailed information about the program and curriculum for elementary, middle, and high school grade classes.

If you are interested in enrolling your children in the Gurukul program, please submit this enrollment form as soon as possible. There are spots available in all except for 5th grade classes. New student registration has started and will close on September 7th. Please note that the minimum grade requirement for enrollment is rising 1st grade.

Please note that this is not a registration form. This is an enrollment request form, and the information collected via this form is for the purpose of allocating open spots. Registration information will be emailed to the email address provided in this form.
