Enrollment Request Form - September 9, 2024

The annual Parent Information Session was held on Sunday, August 25th in the HSNC Main Hall. During the session, we shared detailed information about the program and curriculum for elementary, middle, and high school grade classes.

We have completed three rounds of registration, with the last general registration closing on September 6th. There are still spots available in 1st, 2nd and 3rd grade classes. If you are interested in enrolling your children in any of these grades, please submit this enrollment form, and we will email you the registration information. Please note that the minimum grade requirement for enrollment is rising 1st grade. Classes started on September 22nd.
